Coach Kenny

Kenny Johnson is a highly accomplished basketball trainer and coach with over a decade of experience shaping players at multiple levels. As the head trainer & founder for ONE Possession, a grassroots basketball program in Edmonton, Alberta, and a former assistant coach for WCAP Prep School, Kenny has been instrumental in fostering talent and developing athletes ready for competitive challenges.

Kenny’s basketball journey is marked by exceptional achievements, including being the all-time leading scorer at Grande Prairie Regional College, where he tallied over 1,700 points and earned the prestigious ACAC Player of the Year title. His dedication to the sport extends to coaching, where his focus on skill development, game IQ, and mentorship has built a reputation for creating well-rounded players.
